The services we offer at Express Pilates are geared towards physical fitness, strength training, nutrition, and the teaching of mind/body coordination through Pilates classes. We offer a variety of affordable packages to get you started. Golf fitness classes are among the most popular services we offer, and we find Pilates is being used by top golfers such as Tiger Woods as it strengthens the glutes, hamstrings, and core. Our classes are small and personal and consist of no more than seven participants at a time. One 55-minute session can burn off up to 700 calories.

Our Pilates classes teach safety and mind/body coordination, and we have seven reformer machines which promote the use of slow controlled movements. The trainers always take the time to give every participant personal attention. We also provide strength training classes and nutritional consultation. We offer nutritional supplements from the Isagenix line including a whole body cleanse.

Our strength training classes are perfect for increasing athletic ability regardless of the sport involved. The sessions involve slow, controlled movements that quickly break down muscle fibers, which in turn use calories to repair themselves. Unlike some strength training that causes the muscles and the client to bulk up, our methods are designed to cause the muscles to elongate while they heal. Many customers find this class exciting and challenging.

Express Pilates employs qualified nutritional coaches who offer counseling that works in tandem with the various exercise regimes. The supplements our nutritionists offer are from the Isagenix range of products, and they include protein shakes, protein bars, skin care products, whole body cleanses, and energy supplements. By taking part in the nutritional consultations, as well as the exercise classes, clients will feel a significant change in how their body works.

Pilates instruction at Express Pilates receive an excellent all-over workout without the risk of causing any long-term damage to their bodies or injuring themselves. We pride ourselves in the calm and relaxed atmosphere of our in-home gym where our Pilates classes are held. It is an excellent way for clients to improve their mind/body coordination, and our qualified Pilates instructors take time during every class to address every participant and teach them how to push themselves further.

The golf fitness classes involve challenging workouts designed to improve posture, teach clients proper breathing techniques, improve balance, and increase muscle strength, all of which are hugely important aspects of successfully playing golf. Many golf professionals now use Pilates to help strengthen their glutes, hamstrings, and core. A 55-minute exercise session can burn between 600 and 700 calories, which is ideal for a golfer who wants to shed a few extra pounds.
